Cali Crissup Fitzpatrick Auctioneers Association Management Team

Cali Crissup Fitzpatrick

CEO & Founder

Cali Crissup Fitzpatrick has been a dedicated advocate for the auction industry since 2010. A graduate of Timberlake High School (2009) and a summa cum laude graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications (2012), Cali has built her career on a passion for serving others, fostering relationships, and strengthening the auction profession. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the auction industry, she credits much of her inspiration to her father, Jeff Crissup, a respected champion auctioneer whose work ethic and commitment to the profession helped shape her own career.

In 2010, Cali became Executive Director of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association, launching what would become a lifelong commitment to association management. In 2021, she founded the Auctioneers Association Management Team (AAMT), a company dedicated to providing professional management services to state auctioneer associations. Today, AAMT proudly serves 12 state associations across the United States and the Auctioneers Association of Ontario, Canada. Under her leadership, the company has become known for innovative programming, strategic planning, digital marketing, convention management, and member engagement.

Cali is passionate about helping organizations grow by embracing innovation while preserving the traditions that make the auction industry unique. She believes that strong relationships, intentional communication, and proven systems create lasting success. Her forward-thinking approach has helped associations modernize their operations, strengthen member value, and remain competitive in an ever-changing landscape.

Outside of association management, Cali is also the owner of Social 174, a charcuterie company and event venue in downtown Stillwater, Oklahoma. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for hospitality have allowed her to build a business centered on creating memorable experiences while serving her local community.

Throughout her career, Cali has been recognized for both her professional accomplishments and community involvement. Her honors include being named a Stillwater Leader Under 40 and one of Oklahoma's NextGen 30 Under 30. She continues to volunteer her time, mentor future leaders, and seek new opportunities to elevate the auction profession through education, collaboration, and strategic partnerships.

Cali and her husband, Ethan, proudly call Stillwater home. Ethan is the owner of KB Trucking, a company specializing in trucking and transportation services throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding region. Together, they are raising their daughter, Lainey Mae, who was born nine weeks early at just 3 pounds, 5 ounces. After spending her first 40 days in the NICU, she has grown into a healthy, adventurous little girl who already loves attending auctions and industry events with her family. Along with their two Pit Bulls and one Morkie, the Fitzpatricks enjoy building their businesses, serving their community, and making memories together.

Amber Yandell Auctioneers Association Management Team

Amber Yandell

Executive Assistant, Membership Management & Event Software Management

Amber Yandell was raised in rural Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, where growing up on her family’s farming and livestock operation sparked a lifelong passion for agriculture. From an early age, she was actively involved in 4-H and later FFA, where she developed a love for livestock, leadership, and serving others.

Her dedication to agricultural education earned her multiple National FFA Proficiency Awards and inspired her to pursue a degree in Agricultural Education. Amber began her college career at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, where she worked extensively with the sheep center and animal science department before transferring to Oklahoma State University to complete her bachelor’s degree.

After graduation, Amber spent five years as an agricultural education instructor, mentoring students and helping shape the next generation of agricultural leaders. In 2020, during the height of the COVID pandemic, she and her husband welcomed identical twin boys, Corey and Caden, into their family—a life-changing milestone that shifted her priorities.

Following her time in education, Amber worked in customer service within the custom apparel industry before embracing her role as a full-time mom. Today, she helps manage Yandell Livestock, the family’s successful club lamb operation, where she handles the daily operations, breeding program, and lambing program while her husband is an ammonia plant operator for Koch Fertilizer in Enid. His crazy work schedule truly lets Amber’s passion and work shine in the sheep barn.
